Wildflower Favours

Wild Flower

Wildflower Favours offers eco-friendly wildflower seed wedding favours and  is run by my Aunt in the beautiful Kent countryside. The unique company is passionate about wildflowers and how they help the environment by helping bees and butterflies to survive. A wedding is the perfect way to spread the word via invites, favours, save the dates etc. The seeds are perfect for UK wedding guests and UK gardens as they only supply seeds that are grown in the UK.  The seeded paper is recycled and made under ethical conditions. They have a list of wildflowers with wedding connections so you can choose a particular seed if a certain flower link is important to you. They have some unique and unusual wedding favour and invite designs from traditional designs, themed designs and designs fitting with current trends so there really is something for everyone. Wildflower favours does not just offer favours and invitations, they have come up with fantastic ideas to make your wedding unique and personalised to you! You can order eco friendly plantable and recycled place setting names, table confetti, envelopes, labels, menus and much more! You can also find unique stationary sets, ribbons and seed bags and boxes. They are a very friendly company with excellent customer service and are very happy to accommodate any personal requests or changes to designs.

Thinking about Wildflower Favours has inspired me to think about how my printed scarves could be used as wedding accessories. I think the printed silk and cotton would look beautiful tied around the bouquet of flowers held by the bride and bridesmaids or even as a table decoration. Bespoke scarves could be printed to match the colour scheme of the wedding and could be worn as sashes, as a shawl over the shoulders or in the hair. After the wedding the scarves could be kept to remind people of the happy and unique day.

I have picked some roses from my garden this afternoon to experiment how a vase of flowers would look amongst some of my scarves. I think the colours and patterns in my scarves really compliment and frame the flowers.
